Pravina has an impressive track record, having successfully raised $2.8M in funding in Silicon Valley and elsewhere for her own tech startup, Tallyfy, and grown it from zero to 25 employees. Her coaching approach is authentic and distinctive, offering the Silicon Valley pace, confidence, and growth mindset without the burnout culture. Pravina prefers to be called a Fractional Co-Founder when she coaches a founder - that's how involved she gets.

Passionate about leveling the playing field in tech entrepreneurship, Pravina recognizes the importance of mentorship, especially for underrepresented founders.

With a commitment to seeding entrepreneurship in underserved communities, Pravina specializes in guiding first-time and non-technical founders to become confident, tech-savvy, gain initial customers, and secure seed funding.

In this step, we gather essential information about you and your venture. This helps us understand your background and ensures that we can provide the right support. The estimated time for completing this form is approximately 15 minutes.

Step 2: Onboarding Form

Once your application is submitted, we'll ask you to complete an onboarding form. This step is crucial for confirming that all details are accurate.

Step 3: Motivational and Background Questions

The final step involves answering some motivational and background questions related to the activity you've chosen. This information is valuable for us to gain insight into your aspirations and how we can best assist you on your entrepreneurial journey.

Are sessions online or in-person?

Sessions are online and will mainly be hosted in the evening to allow founders the opportunity to join outside of typical work hours.

Do I qualify to take part?

Our programmes aim to support founders that come from underserved communities, for example on the basis of gender, ethnicity, socio-economic and educational backgrounds. For Amplify Venture programming, founders must also have an existing business that is registered on Companies House, have 2 members of staff [under PAYE], have been trading for at least 18 months and made £50k of revenue since starting their business.

I don’t have 2 employees, can I take part?

We must have founders that have at least 2 paid members of staff. This could be full-time employees or part-time employees that meet that equivalent. In any case you do not meet this criteria - we may have other programmes that could help your business grow. Please refer to our website and that of our partners below:

What if I don’t have £50k in revenue?

To qualify, founders must have made 50k in revenue since they started their business. This could mean, if you started 3 years ago and earned different revenues figures each year but they total 50k, you would be eligible for our programmes.
