Step 3: Motivational and Background Questions

The final step involves answering some motivational and background questions related to the activity you've chosen. This information is valuable for us to gain insight into your aspirations and how we can best assist you on your entrepreneurial journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are sessions online or in-person?

Sessions are online and will mainly be hosted in the evening to allow founders the opportunity to join outside of typical work hours. 

Do I qualify to take part?

Our programmes aim to support founders that come from underserved communities, for example on the basis of gender, ethnicity, socio-economic and educational backgrounds. For Amplify Venture programming, founders must also have an existing business that is registered on Companies House, have 2 members of staff [under PAYE], have been trading for at least 18 months and made £50k of revenue since starting their business.

I don’t have 2 employees, can I take part?

We must have founders that have at least 2 paid members of staff. This could be full-time employees or part-time employees that meet that equivalent. In any case you do not meet this criteria - we may have other programmes that could help your business grow. Please refer to our website and that of our partners below:

What if I don’t have £50k in revenue?

To qualify, founders must have made 50k in revenue since they started their business. This could mean, if you started 3 years ago and earned different revenues figures each year but they total 50k, you would be eligible for our programmes.
