Previously an Angel Investor for VC fund Atomico, Director at Backstage Capital - the first diversity-focused VC fund, and Investor in Residence at Google for Startups, for their Black founders programme.

He released the industry-shifting The Black Report, the first report on Black founders in the UK.

Jasmin Thomas is the founder of Ohana, a pioneering vegan and CBD-infused skincare company.After a multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2015 led her to explore cannabis for symptom relief, Jasmin’s journey evolved into a business venture dedicated to holistic wellness.

With extensive experience as a founder and angel investor, Jasmin co-founded the entOURage Network, empowering women within Europe’s legal cannabis market.

She also focuses on supporting founders as they scale, leveraging her insights into tech, women’s health, and investment.

Toyosi is an ex-management consultant turned entrepreneur and now investor, with a special interest in marketplaces and vertical software companies.

After launching and running his own company for a couple of years, Toyosi moved over to the buy-side so as to directly support startups, aiding in their growth and sharing his wealth of knowledge from his own extensive experiences.

He has invested in and advised multiple early-stage startups across both Europe and emerging markets, and can be credited with quite a few receiving funding from leading venture funds to further fuel their growth.

Beyond work, he champions diversity and inclusion, striving to open doors for underrepresented founders. Toyosi's comprehensive experience and commitment to innovation make him a key figure in the startup world.

Over the last decade, Anisah has become a well-respected voice in the tech industry, working at the intersection of technology, impact and capital. The common thread in her work has been her steadfast belief that tech can be a force for good.

She was awarded an MBE in the King’s 2023 New Year’s honours for services to diversity in tech, is a Forbes 30 under 30 honouree and is listed in the Financial Times’ 100 most influential BAME leaders in tech.

She is currently a reporter at Sifted, where she writes the Startup Life newsletter, director of operations at women in VC platform WVC:E, and the author of Brown Bodies where she explores sex in the South Asian diaspora.
